In the Year of 2004 Crown One followed the call to gospel rap. Over the next two years he set out to release his first self-entitled record at 15.With tracks such as “Sick World” and “No More Club Hopping” his mindset on holy living has never changed. To this day he holds on dearly to the teachings in the word of God despite what the culture brings. He has led and ministered at movements such as the “Night of the Saints” from 2006-2011 at Zion Apostolic Faith Church in Akron, OH. A night of ministry that took place every Oct 31st educating the community and the people of God on the dangers of communing with spirits on the holiday known as “Halloween”. During these events licensed ministers and professionals providing factual origins of the event and scriptural reasons why it was and is still important to remain separate from this world procession.

Now at the age of 22, he heads K.P. Music Records and Angel Runner Media. Encouraging young men and women to be set apart and proud of the Lord they serve, while beckoning their friends to follow suit. His latest album is now available on iTunes, Emusic, Amazon and many other musical outlets “I Am A Misfit”. His mixtape, “Mind of a Misfit” will be released late summer this year. You can listen to his latest single featuring label mate JQ on his track “No Words”:
